Large Private Rooms
Every housemate gets a large private bedroom. Choose between furnished or unfurnished without any increase in price. Have a particular style you like? Not a problem. We can set it up exactly how you want it.
Furnished Common Areas & More
Not only do we furnish all common areas with modern, contemporary furniture, but we also supply and take care of house plants. We believe all housemates should breath easy and love the areas they share.
Smart-Home Automation
Our homes feature the latest innovative technology. We offer smart switches, alarm systems with cameras and smart AC/heating systems, along with Google Home. Get all the luxuries without any extra cost.
Family and Community
Our company supports everyone that joins us. We support the community around us by purchasing from small businesses and employing local contractors and hired help. We also believe in assisting people in finding the perfect home. We don't require large deposits, and work with anyone who wants to call Dwelzi home.
