Tour the home of your choice and if it's the perfect fit for you, we’ll setup an introduction with your potential housemates to make sure it’s a good match and if it is then you fill out an application and lease.
Move-in!
Dwelzi is the only co-living service that can get you approved and moved-in in under 24 hours. We perform a simple background check and all you need to do is pay your move-in fees then we'll hand the keys over to you.
